We are the team of husband and wife. We own the house from 1981. House was completely rebuilt after quake of 1989. I personally own the company Business Investment Management Inc.

Perfect San Francisco experience
Excellent location very close to the seaside, beautiful vista of the Golden Gate Bridge from the street. Nice restaurant and awesome bubble tea close by (important for my kids). Hugely comfortable living room, great kitchen. There is even a charming little garden behind the building. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Overall it is the perfect base for discovering San Francisco at your own leisure

Great Marina Neighborhood Stay!
What a great place to stay in San Francisco! The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the hosts were great!! Nearby Chestnut Street has everything you need for groceries, restaurants, and shopping. If you can walk a little you can get to Fisherman’s Wharf or a Lyft or Uber are always close. We plan on coming back to stay here again!!

Our stay at 87 Cervantes Blvd, San Francisco was possibly the best stay in an AirB&b that we’ve had. Edward & Eugenia were wonderful host. We spoke on the phone and through texts. They were always very responsive and always helpful.
The house it’s self was beautiful. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Everybody had their own room & Bathroom!!
The main floor was spacious and very comfortable.
We couldn’t ask for a better location! It was close to everything. Just a few blocks from the marina, a very large Safeway and Chestnut Street with lots of shopping.
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the Art is in the house. It is wonderful! Edward gave me some of the history and it is not to be missed!

Perfect Location
Great location to be your hub for visiting San Fran. Easy access to parking, food, shopping, the marina. Safe neighborhood to walk in and easy access to transportation.

Fantastic Location and Beautiful Property
My wife and I visited San Fransisco in November 2022 with two other couples. We are in our early 60s and our friends were in their late 50s. The property was in such a great location. We could walk to many places we wanted to visit or take a quick Uber ride. The property was as advertised and Edward was great with communications. It was very clean and updated. The living area is huge and each bedroom had its bathroom. Perfect for three couples. Any time we visit a new city we think about safety and this location was excellent. We were right in the middle of the Marina district with all upscale housing. One last note is parking. Since we were in Sanoma and Napa before arriving, we still had a rental car. Parking on the street was very easy to find a spot when we were there. We were able to find spots on the street that were right by the house any time of day or night. Overall, it was fantastic and we’d highly recommend it.
