We are the team of husband and wife. We own the house from 1981. House was completely rebuilt after quake of 1989. I personally own the company Business Investment Management Inc.

- My favorite movie is Casablanka.
- I love travel to Europe especialy Spaine , and Italy.
- I can not live without my grand daughter Josephine.
Important Notice:
- We sanitize house before new guest arrives.
- Uber is the best option in San Francisco; cheap, reliable and fast.
- If you find street parking ( which is generally easy before 5 pm on weekdays) watch out for street cleaning ,if you park on the street.
- The first aid box is in the cabinet in powder room.
- Park smart and take all valuables ,from small items such as cell phones and sunglasses, to bigger items, like luggage and backpacks. Don’t tempt a car thief.
- Please text when you check in .
- The check out time should be no later than 11 am, as we have guests coming the same day. Please close the door, leave one key In the key box. .Please text upon check out.
- Check in time 3pm PST and Check out time 11am PST. (PLEASE TEXT AT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME)
- Please turn off all lights when leave the house
- No smoking permitted in the house or back area
- Central heating will be turned on to 70
- Please wash all dishes you used before departure.
- We reserve the right to cancel any reservations with 30 days notice.

Here are answers to a few questions that you might have
Our garage is not offered in the stay. If you would like to park your car, these are your following options:
Two blocks from the house on marina green waterfront free public parking from 6 am till 10 pm.
Two blocks from the house on Chestnut ,Wells Fargo parking lot that charges $13 ,from 6pm till 8 am, for overnight parking lot ,this is just in case you will not find street parking. If you find street parking ( which is generally easy before 5 pm on weekdays) watch out for street cleaning ,if you park on the street.
Two hour limit :your car will not be ticketed from 5pm till 9am. And not applicable from Friday 6pm till Monday. 9am.
As for laundry and dry clean, we recommend “Rinse” cheap convenient. Contact at (888) 850-2444 or email at rinse@help.com.

House sleeps up to six people. In some extra case we could provide rolling bed with cost of $50/night.
There will smart lock. The code will be provided, when you leave the house during your stay, please lock the front , and make sure the front gate is shut, before you leave. Code and physical address will be provided couple days before check-in.
Garbage cans are found in the back yard. Blue for recycling, Green for composting, Black for all other garbage.
The drain system in Marina is very sensitive, please put nothing but toilet papers in toilets bowl.
